2023 Nurse Aid Information
Nurse Aide Process (posted 2/8/23)
1- Students pick up 2023-2024 Nurse Aid Procedures sheet on Mrs. Kiefer's door or click the link below.
2- Students interested in pursuing a seat in the Nurse Aid (NAS) program must watch this video and complete every step mentioned by the college.
3-Upon completion of the NAS video, you must complete this Interest Form for the college to know you are still interested. They will ask for an email which will be their line of communication with you until the college registration process is complete. Make sure you are checking this email for messages from DDCC on a regular basis.
4- Continue to complete the items mentioned in the orientation video. One of the requirements will be to enroll with CFNC and DDCC. See step by step directions in the attachment below.
The Nurse Aid program is NOT run by Davidson County Schools. Therefore, questions and concerns about this process will need to be directed to the folks at the college. If you are accepted into the NAS program, the college will let us know and we will begin building these classes into your PowerSchool for next year.
This program is first come, first serve - not based upon students with highest GPA. Those who finish the process first, get the limited number of seats in the program.
