Homeless Sleeping Mat Project

800+ used plastic bags = 1 sleeping mat for the homeless

Thank you to everyone who has and continues to donate bags and to all the students that help with this project!

We will be collecting bags all year, so please bring your used bags to room 213.

About Me

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management Concentration (High Point University), Business & Marketing Teaching License (NC State University), Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (Certiport) and over 12 years experience in commercial sales, marketing and property management. I have been a part of the Spartan family since 2007. I serve as chair of our PBIS Team (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support), and sponsor of Do Something - a CDHS community service club. I want school to be a fun and safe place where all students want to learn through an enriching, educational experience. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in my church, and relaxing at the lake or beach with a good book. I’ve been happily married since 1996, have two sweet daughters and one sweet son-in-law.
