Meet the Counselor

Hello, and welcome to my page!

 

My name is Miss Jamie Haas. I serve as a School Counselor, primarily for 10th Grade (L-Z), and 11th Grade. As well as our Homebound Coordinator, Governor's School Liason, and one of the National Honors Society Advisors here at CDHS.

 

Educational Background: I received my Master's in Counseling from Wake Forest University in May 2024, and my Bachelor's in Psychology w/ a minor in Child & Family Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2020. I also hold an active North Carolina Educator's License, specializing in School Counseling.

 

Goal: Foster a safe and positive environment here at CDHS for students, faculty, as well as families.
