Parents & families, we are asking for you to complete a quick survey about your student's access to digital devices and the internet at home. This is part of a yearly state report that is used to advocate for resources for students. The survey may be accessed by signing into the Parent Portal in PowerSchool, where parents will see the Digital Device Survey link at the bottom left of the Navigation toolbar. More information and instructions about the survey are on the school website under "Latest News - Digital Learning Dashboard - Parent Survey Information." To complete the survey, you must be logged into Powerschool Parent Portal on a browser, not the app.
Attendance waivers are now available for pick up from the front office or the attendance office. Students who have exceeded the eight allowable absences in any of their courses and meet the waiver criteria can complete the waiver request form and attach documentation to apply for specific days to be waived. Waiver request forms and accompanying documentation should be returned as soon as possible.
Come out and join us for the 2nd Annual CDHS Art Show Thursday, May 16th from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. You may enter from the Commons or Front Door. This is a floating event which will feature student work from Fall and Spring semester.
Registration for the next Central Davidson Driver Education classroom is now open. Class will begin Monday, May 24. Students must be 15 years old on or before November 20, 2024 to register for this class. The cost is $65. All necessary information, including the registration link, is provided on the Drivers Ed webpage which is located under the Parent/Student tab on the CDHS website.
