This is your principal, Heather Horton, with an important message. Students in kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grades or new students from out-of-state, Homeschool, or Private School must provide immunization records and health assessments by the end of 30 calendar days from the first day of school. Several students are currently missing this documentation and should have been contacted by phone and/or letter recently. If your student is missing this information, please provide proof of completed immunizations and/or health assessment by the end of the day Tuesday, September 26th. Students without documentation by September 26th will be excluded from school beginning Wednesday, September 27th. Parents can call 336-242-2510 to make an appointment immediately at the Davidson County Health Department Clinic for School Immunizations. They are seeing patients September 19th from 2:00 until 6:30 PM and September 20th all day. If you have questions or if we can help you in any way please let us know.
