FAFSA(Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
www.fafsa.ed.govThis form is completed by everyone going to college to determine if you qualify for need based aid. The FAFSA is the same for each college, so you only need to fill out one form.
This year the FAFSA may be completed beginning October 1. You will use income and tax information from 2015 to complete the form. Go to www. fafsa.ed.gov to create an FSA ID (must be completed for student and parent) and the financial aid form.
FAFSA DAY - October 29, 2016 from 9-12 at Davidson Count Community College and Guilford Tech Community College. Visit their websites or www.cfnc.org for more information and to register.
Need help completing your FAFSA? GTCC in Jamestown is hosting a FAFSA day to assist you in completing your form. Go to the GTCC website or cfnc.org to register.
