¡Bienvenidos! Welcome students and parents! I'm Cindy Burris and I teach Spanish I, II, III & IV at Central. I am the Department Chair for World Languages. I absolutely love teaching the language and about Spanish and Hispanic cultures, foods, arts, and history.  

  This is my 30th year teaching Spanish, my 24th at Central. I am originally from Welcome and I am a graduate of NDHS.  I graduated from High Point University majoring in Spanish and International Studies. I studied abroad while in college in Sevilla, Spain.  I have traveled throughout Europe, Central America, and Mexico.
